Fourdeez provides AI-powered marketing support to growing businesses across the UK. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Our Services
We provide marketing services as outlined in your chosen plan — Foundation, Growth, or Scale.
Specific inclusions for each plan are detailed on our pricing page
We reserve the right to update plan inclusions with reasonable notice
3. Fees and Payment
Monthly fees are billed in advance on a rolling basis
A one-off setup fee is charged at the start of your plan and is non-refundable once onboarding has commenced
Ad spend is billed directly to you by the relevant platforms — we do not handle or mark up your ad budget
Late payment may result in suspension of services
4. Setup and Onboarding
Most clients are fully set up within 10 to 14 days of their onboarding call.
Timelines may vary depending on the availability of information and access provided by the client.
5. Our 30-Day Guarantee
If we do not deliver a measurable increase in enquiries or conversions within your first 30 days, we will continue working at no extra charge until we do.
Conditions:
The guarantee period begins when your campaigns go live
Measurable improvement = increase in enquiry volume or conversion rate vs. the 30-day period prior to launch
Applies only if all required access, assets, and information are provided within 5 business days of onboarding
Does not apply where underperformance is due to factors outside our control (e.g. market changes, client delays, insufficient ad spend)
6. Client Responsibilities
To enable effective delivery, you agree to:
Provide timely access to relevant accounts, platforms, and assets
Respond to requests within 5 business days
Maintain sufficient ad spend as recommended during onboarding
Not make changes to campaigns or systems without prior agreement
7. Cancellation and Pausing
Plans can be paused or cancelled with 30 days’ written notice
No long-term contracts or minimum terms apply
Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding has commenced
Work completed prior to cancellation remains billable
8. Intellectual Property
All strategies, systems, and materials remain the property of Fourdeez until full payment is received
Upon full payment, materials produced specifically for your business become your property
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the engagement.
This obligation continues after the end of the contract.
10. Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services
Total liability is limited to the monthly fee paid in the month the issue arose
We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes — results depend on factors such as market conditions, product quality, and pricing
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms periodically.
Active clients will be notified of any material changes with at least 30 days’ notice.
